Queensland Health (QH) have commenced their Patient online Portal (PoP) program that connects hospitals with their patients via an app. Integrating the many systems health facilities rely on is complex and Bdna were engaged to help navigate and normalise the complexities faced in data, integration and analytics.

Bdna have a long and successful history with Health services and we understand the clinical and administrative process, systems and data. Our services for this program include:

Outcome
QH are currently finalising the PoP app and services. Outcomes to date include:
- QH’s first patient verification application
- Direct patient demographic updates to PAS
- Electronic communication for Outpatient appointments and referrals
